Much of my work is centered around Hand Lettering, Typography and Letterpress. It was the focus and passion of my 35 years of training and exploration.Biography
Kevin Horvath worked at Hallmark Cards, Inc. for 35 years, where he was Lettering Design Manager, Head of Font Development & Training, Innovation Studio Manager, and Art Director/Manager of Corporate & Trade Development Design and personal designer for the Hall Family.In 2015, he founded and created Lettering World (letteringworld.com), an online resource and store for hand lettering, typographic design, graphic design, and lettering inspiration.
Kevin also published and co-created Excellence in Lettering & Typography, a collection of work from the leading lettering artists and type designers in the industry from across the nation. He is also a design class instructor, hand lettering instructor and runs a Letterpress Studio.
He resides in Overland Park, Kansas.
